Are you talking the "Mini Card Pack" in the Shop? It is working fine for me and I have never had issue with it, but I remember folks (you included) saying they were having trouble with it even before this latest update (back in July). I thought those issues had been addressed even before the update, but perhaps not for everyone?

I only have 653 out of 672 Stars and 514 out of 525 Crowns, so I'm not much help with the latter question. I can confirm that my game does have 8 open slots in my Battle Deck, a video in slot 9, and then locked slot 10 with 1500 Stars. I think you're right though the 9th slot should unlock at 750 Stars. I can't remember what it took to unlock the 8th slot.

My mini card pack game has been fine since the problems that Drat02 mentioned in his post.

If I remember correctly, it was implied in the facebook group that the Mini Card Pack isn't showing if there aren't any viewable ads at that time.

It's interesting... I don't need an Internet connection to play/watch and claim for Mini Card Pack, but I do to watch videos with Fortune Slots and other videos (unlock Card slots, Arena tickets, etc.)

I also had the same scenario as Fandom User 72.22.227.196 but at some point this situation changed. I am no longer able to access these features without internet being available.

Here's a major bug, or a major undocumented change: I got 25th in the tournament and did NOT get demoted!?!

Well Seanix, for several days now, I seem to be experiencing the Mini Card Pack issue that has plagued your device. It simply doesn't appear any more on my main device or when it does appear, it is very intermittent. On other devices I have access to it appears to be fine, showing up in the Shop with the countdown timer and unlocking every 10 hours. Very rarely have I gotten a Card from Mini Card Pack that I can't live without (Artillery being the exception), so I'm not too concerned about it. But it is an interesting issue; not sure what started it...

Do all of your devices connect to the Internet through same gateway?

I noticed one day playing Hay Day that my tablet was unable to connect to the game server through my WiFi, even though everything else internet related was working. When I connected that same tablet through my phone's hotspot, Hay Day worked just fine. So for some bizarre reason the problem wasn't in the device itself but in the connection.

Thanks for the suggestion, Mmekbe. It doesn't appear to matter how I'm connected to the Internet though - whether the connection is set up the same as the other device, or not. Everything else appears to be working fine with the game, just that the Mini Card Pack doesn't show up in the Store. Probably will just need TicBit's tech support to reset the game timers on that particular device.

I do have the problem at times, which you seem to be describing, when trying to get the videos to work - whether it be Fortune Slots or the Arenas. Usually can be addressed by switching to a different connection as you did for Hay Day.
