Tried out a new looking Tower Defense game, Steampunk Defense. Typical entry-level setup, but with a particularly sickening cash grab move of making you download a paid copy of the app to remove adds, promising more hero units with that version. But, those heroes wind up ALSO costing money.

Still, the app wasn't horrible, so I tried out their linked newest game, Steampunk Syndicate.

Straight up ripoff of Crazy Kings. But with forced ads after you finish levels!

So... if anyone wants to share some hate for the copycat in the app stores... it may help.
