Look at this video:
At 2:49 a Royal Patchwork Orc disappears.
At 3:07 I lose two hearts without any reason.
It happens every time I play this level.
Is it a bug?

Ok thanks for posting a new link to the video. I don't believe it is a bug that you have come across. Your video is capturing the action at a low frame rate. So inbetween each frame there is quite a bit of action which is not being captured. If you set your video capture rate at 60 fps (frames per second) as opposed to 30 fps or lower you will not encounter this issue. By increasing the frame rate, you get a better quality video but the size will increase which be an issue if you are reliant on a slow internet/wifi connection or a metered connection.
The Royal Patchwork Orc has perished between the two frames on your video.
The 2 lost lives are probably from Royal Surprise spawn making it to the exit between two frames of your video.
I sometimes have similar issues with the video capture app I use. It records, short chunks of videos which it then splices together at the end of the recoding process. So the result is a full video but where the joints are, you can visually notice a slight imperfection in the action.
I hope this will help you with better analytics from your videos.
